Oh yes. We are main dealers for Genesis, Niner, Ridley, Ridgeback and Saracen. 

Yes we do. We have a great range of bikes for hire including MTB, Road, Electric Bikes and kids.

Yes. We have a fully kitted out work shop with a great stock of just about everything you need. Drop in repairs or booked in service we have it covered.

Yes we do. We normally like to have a quick chat about route before we hand them out just to see what kind of riding you want and what kind of a rider you are. Short routes for families might not suit a seasoned pro who wants to bash out a world renowned TDF stage! All of our routes are carefully planned for you to get the most out of your visit to the Dales and on longer route will pass through villages with plenty of refuelling stops.

Yes we do. We have a full range of Lazer helmets for you. If we haven't got your size or colour in stock we can get it for you the very next working day or even deliver? Our range includes mens, ladies and kids. Our staff will be happy to give you recommendations and adjust the helmets correctly.

Yes. We have ranges from Ridgeback, Saracen,Onza and Genesis. As well as junior bikes we also sell balance bikes.

Yep. Lots of them. Are your lights for seeing with or for being seen? Theres a big difference in these two questions but fear not we have lights to cover all areas and budgets. See Exposure for max lumens and Electron for commuter lighting.

We are an accredited Bikeability Centre. Instructors are all qualified National Standard Instructors and deliver Bikeability in North Yorkshire Schools. Bikeability is Cycling Proficiency for the 21st century preparing children to be road ready. All our experienced instructors are fully DBS checked and in addition hold many other teaching and First Aid qualifications. As well as delivering sessions we are able to provide bikes ensuring the course is inclusive to all.

Yes we do. We are often out in the hills with our friends from Help For Heroes, Schools & colleges, stag and hen parties and anyone who fancies getting involved. We have a weekly shop ride which anyone over 18 is FREE to join. We tailor our rides and tours to suit each individual group. We are AALA Registered (Adventurous Activities Licensing Authority), GO MTB registered with Scottish Cycling and affiliated training centre for We Are Cycling UK (formerly CTC). All of our instructors are First Aid trained and DBS checked. You're in safe hands.

We teach many adult to ride and use exactly the same technique as we do with our younger riders. A safe and traffic free environment  and one2one tuition you'll soon be pedalling with the best of them. Cycling is fun for little ones. Our balance bike sessions are designed with younger riders in mind. This is a mobile session particularly suitable for nursery schools, playgrounds and even indoor parties. The course is designed for children who are beginners. Sessions are delivered using pedal free bikes and are great fun.

7 Days a week. 9am to 5pm. If your planning any early starts and need a good feed before you set off then please let us know and we are happy to open early for groups of more than 10 with pre-orders.

Our Boss Lady is veggie and insists on a well stocked menu with loads of veggie options. Well tasty.

Our menu is carefully produced to include gluten free options from spuds, sandwiches, toasties and breakfasts and soups. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD INTOLERANCES BEFORE ORDERING.

We cater for vegans and many of our main menu items can be substituted for vegan options.

We are more than happy to have large groups and parties in the cafe. Indoor seating for up to 23 and outdoor seating for 30. For larger parties we like to have a bit of prior notice so where possible please phone ahead.

Sure is. By The Queen Of Tarts or her merry band of assistants. Its all our own stuff and is fresh made every day to order. We make great food as fast as we can, not fast food.

As far as possible we like to keep it local with suppliers in Hawes, Bainbridge, Raydale and the surrounding Dales. Oh and don't forget the world famous Wensleydale Cheese.

YES WE DO. We're very proud of our coffee which is roasted in Malton, North Yorkshire by Roost Coffee. A small family run business who have a genuine passion for coffee and the art of blending and roasting the finest beans from around the world.
