Nidderdale Greenway Christmas Ride (FEAST)

Overview

This Is a Christmas FEAST activity but it open to ALL  FEAST voucher recipients please book via the Holiday Activities platform.  The vouchers will be distributed by schools mid November.

We will be following a fantastic converted railway line called the Nidderdale Greenway . This is a traffic-free path, of 4 miles long including passing over the spectacular Nidd Gorge Viaduct. The ride will be a total of 8 miles.

We will be stopping for lunch at Ripley before returning to Harrogate. Participants will be helping make lunch which will be Christmas themed. We will be situated at Ripley village hall

This activity is suitable for children that enjoy riding their bikes and are confident changing gears. Fitness levels should be able to manage 8 miles of riding and being outside all day.
Weather maybe cold or wet so participants must have access to activity appropriate clothing including waterproofs.
Bikes and Helmets are available to loan but must be booked .

All food and snacks are included some transport available from Hawes
